 Eligibility for a Full Refund:

– The item must be returned in its original, new condition.

– Include all original packaging, accessories, a blank warranty card, UPC, and no claimed rebates with your return. We require the complete package.

– Return shipping must be fully insured and traceable at your expense.

 Non-Returnable Items:

– Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the receipt of your shipment.

– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order” are not eligible for return or exchange.

– Used or installed items cannot be returned.

– Items with completed warranty cards, product registration, or filed rebates are ineligible for return.

 How to Return a Product:

– Log in to My Account, find your recent orders, and submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.

– Once approved, ship the item to the designated warehouse, ensuring it is fully insured and tracked.

– Alternatively, email us at support@nexatechrepair.com to initiate a return.

 Exchange Policy:

– You are responsible for return shipping costs if you request an exchange within the 30-day Return Policy.

– For more expensive exchanges, you will need to pay the price difference.

 Delivery Policy:

– Delivery hours are from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

– Specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

– An adult signature is required upon delivery.

– Inspect products thoroughly for damages upon delivery.

 Order Cancellation Policy:

– No cancellation fees apply before shipping.

– After shipment, a return shipping fee of approximately $1.50 per pound will apply.

– “Special Order” or “Final Sale” items cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

 Product Image and Specifications Policy:

– Product images are for illustrative purposes only; verify specifications and features with our sales associates or the manufacturer’s website for accuracy.

 Freight Forwarding Policy:

– Nexa Tech Repair is not responsible for damage or loss once goods are accepted by you or a freight forwarder.

– Refuse delivery and notify your freight forwarder if goods arrive damaged.

– You and your freight forwarder are responsible for compliance with export and import regulations; Nexa Tech Repair is not involved in export documentation.

 

There are no refunds for services purchased from Nexa Tech Repair. Refund claims are not accepted under the following circumstances:

– If the service results do not match those described on the website or during discussions.

– If your device malfunctions after one day of service.

– If services are not utilized within the validity period.

– If your device has an issue not mentioned at the time of service.
