7. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

Customers are required to notify us within five (5) business days of the recorded delivery date if a Product is defective upon arrival.

Customers may be required to submit the following information to file a DOA claim:

  • Images or videos depicting the problem
  • Images of cargo labels and packaging

The manufacturer or authorized service provider may need to confirm DOA claims before they can be resolved. Available remedies may vary depending on the circumstances:

8. CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

In general, consumable items, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, printheads, maintenance kits, and similar supplies, are not eligible for warranty claims once they have been opened, installed, or used, with the exception of instances where the product is confirmed to be defective upon reception.

Performance may be impacted by issues related to utilization, storage conditions, printer settings, or compatibility, which are not considered manufacturing defects due to the nature of consumables.
